Today marks the day that 8 years ago a princess was born
Today also marks the day that an angel's family has to celebrate a birthday without their little girl
This will be the 3rd birthday they have had to spend without her.
Time has not made this any easier
Time has not healed any wounds.
...The wounds are still open
The hearts are still broken
They are left to wonder about the should have beens and the whats.
They are left to wonder about the birthday their little girl would have wanted. The cake she would pick out.
The games that would have been played, the presents given and recieved.
The excited squeals. The laughter. The smiles. The hugs. The kisses.
The family. The friends. The LOVE. Their little girl

My Boys

I have not blogged about my boys in such a long time, but I was talking to one of my most favourite people (Kelly) and she asked about them.
Oh how i miss them.
Kelly asked if Id ever go back to work for the family again.
Oh I would. I would in a heart beat. Its sad to think that Lachie who wasnt quite 2 when i started to look after them, is starting BIG school this year. makes me sad to think how quickly they have grown up. but it makes me excited to see and hear how excited he is about it all.
And since I cannot post about the boys without a photo heres a few.
